In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

hi999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in BDT via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at hi999's discretion with reasonable notice to players. All payment accounts used must be registered in the player's own name — third-party payment transactions are not permitted.

A minimum deposit of ৳500 applies per transaction. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are published in the cashier section of the platform and may vary by payment method. hi999 reserves the right to update minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money deposits and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or engaging in any casino game. General principles governing all betting and gaming activity on hi999 include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hi999 does not permit the cancellation or modification of bets after they have been accepted by the system, except in cases where a bet has been accepted in error due to a manifest technical error or clearly incorrect odds.
